"Experiencing the Heart of Jesus"
To the women of Quail ...
In the story in John 4 of the Samaritan woman Jesus knew that the woman's search for water, and even for marital security, was only a surface clue to the profoundly deeper longings of her heart. When Jesus explained to her that there is a well of special water -- the kind that can quench all thirst, she must have begun to wistfully long for the life of acceptance and respect He was speaking about. "sir, give me this water so that I won't have to get thirsty and keep coming here to draw water." (John 4:15).
Can you hear her heart? Jesus is offering her more than she could ever imagine -- a way out of her past and hope and freedom for her future.
Like our Samaritan woman, Jesus cares most about what is happening in your heart. The living water Jesus offers flows to hearts longing for release from
burdens and pain.
Our goal this year is for our women to experience Jesus� living water as never before in a deeper way. We want every woman at Quail to know that when Jesus looks at our hearts we can feel and know His love. Love always seeks the best; love always looks for the best. That�s what Jesus longs for us to experience from Him.
Jesus says to each of us "� those who drink of the water that I will give them will never be thirsty."
